No longer a conspiracy theory but being discussed by the likes of Bill Gates etc. to deal with 'man made climate change'. However it is well documented that experiments with the weather have been going on for over a hundred years! I have been observing the almost continuous spraying over the UK for nearly ten years now the the most shocking thing to me is how few people have noticed.
